Danville Towing Services provides towing, vehicle recovery, and roadside assistance services in Danville, CA and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to: heavy duty towing, flatbed towing, accident recovery, wrecker service, winch-out service, emergency towing, long distance towing, roadside assistance, vehicle storage, and commercial fleet towing.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or requests outside our equipment capabilities.
Any estimate provided by Danville Towing Services - whether by phone, email, or our website contact form - is an estimate only and is not a binding quote until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative. Final pricing is determined upon arrival at the service location based on actual conditions, the complexity of the job, the distance involved, and any additional equipment or labor required.
We will explain the scope of work and the applicable charges to you before beginning any service. By authorizing work to proceed, you accept the pricing as communicated. Towing rates for law-enforcement-ordered tows may be subject to applicable California state and local regulations.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the estimated window provided at the time of booking. Actual response times may vary due to traffic conditions, prior service calls, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If you need to cancel a scheduled non-emergency service appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (925) 725-7095. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may incur a trip charge to cover the cost of the dispatch. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation fees before they are charged.
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless a prior written arrangement has been made for fleet or commercial account billing. We accept common forms of payment as communicated by our dispatch team. Invoices for commercial accounts are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
Vehicle storage fees, where applicable, accrue on a daily basis from the time the vehicle is brought into our facility. Vehicles held in storage are subject to lien-sale procedures under applicable California law if fees remain unpaid for the period specified by law.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of the service date at contact@danvilletowing.net and we will review your concern promptly.
By requesting our services, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have lawful authority to authorize its towing and relocation. You are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, its location, and its condition at the time of the service request.
You agree to remove all personal property of value from the vehicle prior to towing when possible. Danville Towing Services is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle during towing or storage.
Danville Towing Services carries commercial general liability and cargo insurance appropriate for our operations. In the event of damage to your vehicle that is determined to be caused directly by our negligence, our liability is limited to the documented actual cash value of the vehicle or the cost of reasonable repairs, whichever is less, up to the limits of our insurance policy.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage to a vehicle, damage resulting from conditions outside our control such as weather or road conditions, damage to vehicles with undisclosed mechanical or structural defects, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, loss of income, or diminished value.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
